| Description: |
Opened with an 85m station on the up side. Apart from the usual stock, goods and grain sidings with loading bank, gantry crane and goods shed, there were also some loco services facilities. These included water columns, ash pit, coal stage and a turntable serving a 4-road roundhouse. There was also a triangle for turning locomotives. By 1935, silos had been added to the yard.
